Terms of service

By creating a GalleryCloud account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly via the contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, videos and other media you upload. You grant GalleryCloud a limited licence to store, process and deliver that content strictly to provide the service to you and the customers you choose to share it with.
You confirm you have the necessary rights and consents (including from photographed subjects) to upload and share the content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use GalleryCloud to host, share or transmit content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
5. Plans & billing
The Free plan is included at no cost subject to its limits. The Pro plan is billed at €30 per month via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
VAT is added where applicable. Refunds are handled case-by-case via the contact page.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability via Cloudflare's global network but provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
7. Termination
You can delete your account from your profile at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after notice where reasonable.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GalleryCloud's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
If we update these terms in a material way, we'll notify active accounts by email at least 30 days in advance.
